PSM’s Quality Management System (QMS) is built to ensure the highest levels of reliability, safety, and performance across all our operations. We continuously improve our internal processes to deliver consistent quality, increase customer satisfaction, and remain competitive in the global energy market.

Our QMS applies to all PSM-owned, operated, or controlled facilities, including contractors and employees involved in the design, engineering, manufacturing, reconditioning, and supply of gas turbine and aircraft components and services. This system is certified to ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards for aerospace and industrial quality assurance.

Scope of Quality System
The QMS covers key areas of our operations in the gas turbine industry, including:
- Technological development, design, and manufacturing of gas turbine components
- Spare parts supply, upgrades, repair, planned and unplanned maintenance
- Remote diagnostics, tuning, engineering assessments, and support services
With the AS9100 certification achieved in 2019, the QMS scope also includes aerospace processes and services:
- Design and engineering of aircraft components
- Aerospace manufacturing and repair
- Spare parts supply for commercial and industrial aviation
Advanced In-House Capabilities
Our internal quality processes include:
- Thermal processing, CNC machining, EDM, welding, and brazing
- Fluoride ion cleaning, shot peening, vibratory finishing, and NDT inspections
- Laser cladding, coating, and metallographic analysis
Supplier and Contractor Oversight
For outsourced activities, PSM ensures quality through rigorous supplier qualification and contract compliance. We apply our QMS influence wherever possible to maintain consistency and accountability across our extended supply chain.
