Chris Johnston is responsible for Hanwha Power operations, including the complete range of products and service offerings. Chris began his career with Pratt & Whitney as a turbine airfoil durability and project engineer. Chris joined Hanwha Power in 2001 and has held several positions through Product Engineering, including management of the Airfoils and Upgrades team. Since 2017, he has been Director of Hanwha Power’s Project Execution organization focused on operational areas such as Project Management, Supply Chain operations, Configuration Management, and Hanwha Power’s ShaftLine (non-GT) support services. Chris originates from South Carolina, obtaining a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from the University of Florida. Chris lives with his family in Jupiter, Florida.
