President, Houston Facilties
Mike Sicker currently serves as President of Hanwha Power's Houston, Texas, facility, formerly known as Hanwha Power Systems America. He leads the production of Integrally Gear Centrifugal Compressors, critical rotating equipment for the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, and general Industrial Air markets. Additionally, Mike is a member of Hanwha Power Systems Holdings' steering committee, which oversees several Hanwha Power companies, including the Jupiter facility—a non-OEM Industrial and Aerospace Gas Turbine repair and service operation.
Previously, Mike was Vice President of Burckhardt Compression's Systems Division, overseeing Sales, Procurement, Applications Engineering, and Assembly of new reciprocating compression equipment for North America. He brings over 30 years of experience in Sales, Management, and Business Development in the Oil & Gas and Energy industries. His senior leadership roles include positions at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America, MHI Compressor International, and Mitsubishi Corporation. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Akron.
