Federal Transparency in Coverage Rule
‍The Transparency in Coverage Final Rule require certain group health plans to disclose on a public website information regarding in-network provider negotiated rates, historical out-of-network allowed amounts, and drug pricing between health plans and healthcare providers. The Machine-Readable Files (MRFs) for the benefit package options under the Power Systems Mfg., LLC Welfare Plan are linked HERE. The MRFs are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to access and analyze data more easily.
