Our Leadership Team

Jeff has been part of PSM's Leadership team since 2001. He currently leads the Clean Energy Team, which is responsible for global business development and alignment, opportunity definition and value propositions for power generation decarbonization solutions. Jeff started his professional career with General Electric, where he held progressive technical leadership roles in their Aviation, Navy Nuclear and Gas Turbine Power Generation businesses. He joined PSM as Director and then Vice President of their emerging Combustion Engineering R&D organization, where his team invented, developed & commercially introduced industry-leading low emission and fuel flexible combustion retrofit upgrade product portfolio for global markets. To lead the organization’s continued global growth, Jeff transitioned to the commercial side of the business, creating PSM’s Product Management organization, which included Product Marketing and Strategy, prior to his current business responsibilities.

Jeff is an active member of ASME, including past leadership of their International Gas Turbine Institute (IGTI) Electric Power Committee, and is a holder of four (4) US patents. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Clarkson University and Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Course II) from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Dan is responsible for overseeing the NorthAmerican Sales and Tendering Team for the company's product & service portfolio. His past positions have included business development and operations for aerospace and industrial gas turbine products and services, Mexico and Latin America market development, and overall profit & loss responsibilities.

Daniel has over 27 years of gas turbine experience. He earned his BA from Villanova University and MBA in International Business from the University of Miami.

Mike Sicker currently serves as President of Hanwha Power's Houston, Texas, facility, formerly known as Hanwha Power Systems America. He leads the production of Integrally Gear Centrifugal Compressors, critical rotating equipment for the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, and general Industrial Air markets. Additionally, Mike is a member of Hanwha Power Systems Holdings' steering committee, which oversees several Hanwha Power companies, including the Jupiter facility—a non-OEM Industrial and Aerospace Gas Turbine repair and service operation.

Previously, Mike was Vice President of Burckhardt Compression's Systems Division, overseeing Sales, Procurement, Applications Engineering, and Assembly of new reciprocating compression equipment for North America. He brings over 30 years of experience in Sales, Management, and Business Development in the Oil & Gas and Energy industries. His senior leadership roles include positions at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America, MHI Compressor International, and Mitsubishi Corporation. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Akron.

Khalid Oumejjoud is the Managing Director for Hanwha Power in Abu Dhabi. He was appointed in July 2021 to manage the group execution center in Abu Dhabi focusing on the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. He has over 20 years of technical and managerial experience in the power industry and held various roles within the group. Khalid was a leading contributor involved in developing multiple innovations in the aero gas turbine for business aviation and the industrial gas turbine business from the B to H class, including hydrogen premix combustion. Khalid holds numerous patents in gas turbine combustion, operation, tuning and digitalization.

Khalid completed his undergraduate and graduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at Laval University in Quebec City, Canada. He is involved with the ASME Power Committee, the Electric Power Advisory Board Committee, and the Turbo Expo Combustion Fuels and Emission, Heat Transfer, and Coal - Biomass & Alternative Fuels committees. He is also a member of the World Utilities Congress Technical Committee.

Gail was appointed Human Resources Director of PSM in 2014 and promoted to Global Head of HR and EHS in 2022. Gail provides leadership on PSM's personnel management and corporate HR strategy, as well as EHS initiatives. Gail moved from the United Kingdom and held various positions for Alstom Power in Europe. Gail has 20+ years of Human Resource experience in the Energy sector, and earned her MA HRM from the University of Derby, UK.

Brandy is responsible for Finance and IT at PSM. She was appointed Finance Director in 2020 and has been with PSM since 2013. She has held various roles within Finance and supported the business through multiple changes in ownership, as well as an ERP implementation. Brandy has more than 10 years of finance management experience and earned her BBA in Finance and Business Management from Kent State University.

Brian currently serves as the Director of Strategy at PSM. He is responsible for the global growth strategies and marketing for the gas turbine business of Hanwha Power Systems (HPS). This includes PSM, Thomassen Energy, PSM Thomassen Gulf, and the Hydrogen Business in Korea. Responsibilities include leadership of product management, marketing, business development, and collaboration with other Hanwha decarbonization companies.

He previously served as the leader of the Project Management team, with responsibility for all PSM project execution and contract administration. This included transactional contracts and PSM's portfolio of Long-Term Agreements (LTA), including over 50 gas turbines from GE, Siemens, and MHI.

Prior to this, Brian was the Senior Global Product Manager at PSM, overseeing the company's product & service portfolio. His responsibilities included introducing new products and technologies, providing guidance for customer proposals, conducting market analysis, and directing the company's research and development efforts. His previous experience includes working for Siemens Energy and Belcan, including roles in product management, marketing, and design. Brian has over 15 years of gas turbine experience and earned his BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida.

Vlad Miskovic draws on nearly 30 years of global leadership to drive operational excellence, execute growth strategies, and create value in aerospace, defense, industrial gas turbine, and medical manufacturing organizations.

Currently serving as Executive, Global Workshop Operations at Hanwha Power Systems, Vlad leads multiple global facilities and greenfield factory expansions. These support industrial gas turbine repair, manufacturing, and compressor workshops. His leadership spans global operations, M&A strategy, deployment of operational excellence, SAP and MES integration, and large-scale manufacturing infrastructure development across the United States, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.

Over his career, Vlad has spearheaded senior executive roles with leading organizations, including Turbopower, Tecomet, Paradigm Precision, and Pratt & Whitney. He drove P&L operations, propelled strategic growth initiatives, executed operational turnarounds, and managed complex M&A activities. He commands extensive expertise in aerospace engine components, industrial gas turbines, precision machining, MRO operations, medical device manufacturing, and private equity-backed value creation. Throughout his career, he achieved significant revenue growth, expanded EBITDA, improved operations, and secured large-scale contract wins across global markets.

Vlad holds a Master of Science in Advanced Management Studies, an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He is also GE Certified Six Sigma Black Belt trained and has completed advanced engineering and operational leadership programs throughout his career.

Matthew Wilson recently joined PSM's leadership team as the Director of Workshop Operations, overseeing PSM's Workshop & PW4000 Operations. A native of the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Matt graduated from Barrington High School before attending the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from West Point and served as an Army Aviation Officer on active duty and with the National Guard from 1987 to 1993. During his military career, Matt piloted UH-1H Huey and OH-58 Kiowa helicopters, logging over 1,000 flight hours and achieving the rank of Captain (O-3) while commanding an Attack Helicopter Company. He also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Marist College.

Matt began his civilian career as an Operations Supervisor for the Federal Mogul Corporation in Greenville, Michigan. There, he played a pivotal role in converting the 600-person facility from "batch processing" to "Just-in-Time" manufacturing by implementing waste elimination strategies, set-up reduction, and visual shop floor controls.

After Federal Mogul, Matt took an operational role at Chromalloy Research and Technology in Orangeburg, NY, a 200,000 square foot FAR Part 145 repair station specializing in hot gas path engine manual and DER repairs for airlines and engine leasing companies. The facility also provided machining and coating support for major OEM turbine engine manufacturers.

Over his30+ years at Chromalloy Gas Turbine, Matt held various engineering and operational roles, including Engineering Manager, Plant Manager, and over a decade as General Manager with full profit and loss responsibility. He worked extensively on military, commercial aviation, and industrial gas turbine engines throughout their product life cycles, from new manufacture through repair development and eventual phase-out.

During his tenure at Chromalloy, Matt was instrumental in establishing hot gas path component repair cells, from concept development to equipment procurement, staff hiring and training, process qualification, and serial production. He also lived in Europe as an expatriate, managing a major OEM facility responsible for both new manufacturing and hot gas path component repairs.

Additionally, Matt served as the Director of Aerospace New Product Introduction (NPI), overseeing 123 projects across 12 sites on three continents, generating substantial annual revenue. These projects spanned new part capability FAA DER repairs, salvage operations, and yield improvements. Matt also contributed as a project manager on an industrial gas turbine upgrade project in Asia, achieving significant power increases (>6%) and heat rate reductions (>2.0%) for a50 Hz launch power plant.
